Gateway of India
Gateway of India is one of the most monumental of Mumbai and was constructed in the year 1924 to honor the visit fo Queen Mary and King George V to the city. This is where the British troops departed, which makes the end of British rule consequently leaving Independent India.
Heritage Buildings
There are a few heritage buildings in Mumbai where examples of complex architecture are found. There are few of the Gothic looking Prince of Wales Museum from the Bombay High Court the Kala Ghoda art precinct as well as also the buildings of Horniman Circle from the Fort area.
Kala Ghoda Art Precinct
