Picasso Art Coaching Centre - Hyderabad

Picasso Art Coaching Centre

Can art be learned as a course without disturbing the academic career? Unattainable indeed. But few institutions across the globe are practically proving that it can be done and one among those is Picasso Art Coaching Centre of Hyderabad. Established with an objective to offer exclusive coaching for young enthusiasts without disturbing their academic education, Picasso Art Coaching Centre, the dream project of the well-known artist, Late. Prof. Mohd Aliuddin is dedicatedly training thousands of students in the art for decades.

Prof. Mohd Aliuddin, a disciple of M.F. Hussain started giving coaching in 1964 to those, who wish to improve their art skills apart from their regular education. In order to accomplish his ambition, he gave free coaching for a period of two decades. Later he thought of bringing his coaching onto a professional platform and started certificate courses (with a complete fee structure) which are purely on a part-time basis. First, he started Picasso Art Coaching Centre at Chaderghat in 1971 and later shifted the activities to Babukhan estate, Basheerbagh in 1990. Aliuddin took a lot of personal care while teaching and allowed every student to choose their favorite media of art. It was his teaching style that made Picasso Centre reach the pinnacle of success and achieve the concept of learning the art while studying. After his demise recently, his wife Khadija Aliuddin, a diploma holder in fine arts from JNTU and son, Moiz have taken the responsibility of carrying Alauddin's mission. "Immediately after my father's death, the enrollment of the students into our coaching center slowed down. But now the enrollment process has again picked up since we are employing the same methods of teaching which our father used to do when he was alive."

The coaching Centre is offering a 12 months regular course in drawing and painting and short term courses in oil painting and fabric painting. There is also a special coaching facility to those who are interested in appearing for the Grade I / Grade II examinations / T.T.C (conducted by Government of A.P) and other painting contests. The classes will be conducted twice a week on Saturday and Sunday. Since its inception, the Picasso Art coaching Centre has produced more than 12,000 promising artists. "I always feel proud of being the disciple of our sir, Aliuddin, who taught me a lot. While doing my graduation, I developed my skills in the art which made me give an exhibition of my works," said Priyanka Kakade, a student of Picasso Art Coaching Centre

The main ambition of the Centre and the society is to teach Drawing and Painting to all the school going children along with their academic education and promote the concept of 'Art for everybody'," says Khadija. Every year we are conducting painting competition and summer vacation camps for the school children.
